Target market includes the entire healthcare industry, from high quality students seeking to obtain a doctorate in medicine, dentistry, veterinary, physical therapy, occupational therapy, pharmacy, optometry, and clinical psychology; current licensed medical providers; medical researchers; to healthcare administrators specializing in HR, operations, logistics, accounting/finance, and information management.

The Human Resource Officer in Charge (S-1) for the largest U.S. Army Medical Brigade, comprising of 36 units and over 2800 Soldiers. During my tenure, I coordinated a large HR transformation from a medical group to the medical brigade, with increasing personnel by over 1000 Soldiers. I directly supervised a team of seven Soldiers - two Full Time Support Staff and five reserve personnel clerks - in the strategic execution of HR operations, to include strength management, personnel management, hiring of civilian personnel, and training. In addition, as the Brigade Substance Abuse Prevention Officer, I was responsible for the coordination of drug prevention training and drug testing in the Brigade. The Brigade was the most compliant in the Division for three straight years.
