The Workforce Program Administrator's responsibilities include managing budgets, establishing policies and procedures, and managing daily activities related to the workforce programs. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the agency's workforce development programs run smoothly and achieve their purpose. The Administrator is also responsible for community engagement activities.

The Community Relations Manager manages a team of professionals focused on establishing relationships with local employers, organizations, and members of our community with the purpose of creating job leads, externships, and other career related opportunities for Goodwill program participants and graduates.
