I presently am a plaintiff's attorney in serious bodily injury cases arising from traffic accidents, medical malpractice, and products liability. This is 75% of our firm's work. We closely monitor our client's medical care to ensure it resolves their health needs, and we present the most comprehensive settlement proposals of any personal injury law firm. I initially began my legal career in the public sector, working for the L.A. County District Attorney's Office in Consumer and Environmental Protection, the Attorney General's Office in the Constitutional Rights Division, and then as a prosecuting attorney, eventually conducting trials (successfully) in every imaginable case ranging from disturbing the peace to first degree murder. I successfully prosecuted national leaders of the Ku Klux Klan and American Nazi Party in People versus Metzger, and recently won a civil rights case in Federal District Court for excessive force and deprivation of civil rights under color of law. I am a published author of 'Sign of the Cross: the Prosecutor's True Story of a Landmark Trial Against the Klan,' and will soon have released 'On Advice of Counsel,' and thereafter 'Under Color of Law.'
