Sacramento Gun Range (SGR) was started in 2014, but purchased in 2021 with new ownership to take it to new levels of commitment for training and experience. SGR’s services give the clients the ability to buy and train on the use of firearms as part of their personal protection needs. Sacramento Gun Range supports clients allowing them to exercise their 2nd Amendment right to bear arms. Sacramento Gun Range is the 2nd largest indoor gun range on the west coast, second only to Poway Weapons & Gear (PWG) in San Diego, CA.

Poway Weapons & Gear is a federally licensed firearms dealer. Poway Weapons & Gear (PW&G) was formed in order to meet an unmet business need which was identified by PW&G’s sister company, ArchAngel Partners.PWG Range is one of the largest indoor gun ranges in the country and largest range on the west coast. Serving over 200,000 people a year in our retail store and over 80,000 on our ranges along with over 8,000 students recieving training and education related to firearms safety and utilization. PWG Range has 42 lanes total across our 100, 50 and 25 yard indoor ranges. The ranges all host state-of-the-art technology and training systems. Our facility also serves federal, state and local law enforcement agencies as well as US Military commands as a training center that is able to cater to the unique needs of each department or agency.

Implemented company-wide procedures to adopt necessary changes and comply with Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Ensured timely filing of SEC documents. Directed first audit for S3 (2 year audit) and 2005 audit for the public company required for company purchase. Formed new management and professional team to run and support a public company.Facilitated two rounds of funding for company; $1.4 million and $3.3 million in convertible debt to fund operations. Led strategic Original Equipment Manufacturing agreement execution with largest school bus manufacture in North America. Managed the filing of the initial SB-2 registration statement. Initiated full Investor Relations effort through retention of full service Investment Relations company and built content to support their efforts.

Co-Founder of company focused on wireless asset monitoring, command and control and GPS tracking and recovery of mobile or fixed assets. Primary focus and integration within Homeland Security and commercial applications that lead back to asset protection or security. Served as chief architect for the integration of 3rd party technologies, foundation of the back-end database structure, remote unit functionality and front-end user interface. Moved company from a simple business plan into an overall operation that ultimately led to the sale of Satellite Security Systems to Celtron Inc, a public company for $32 Million. Compiled sales for over 10,000 units throughout North America. Developed symbiotic relationships with 73 different law enforcement agencies, resulted in more than 300 arrests. Generated revenues of $14.7 Million with cash funding over 5 years of less than $4.5 Million while still finalizing development of technology.
