I have utilized my talents to gain a wide range of experience through driving change and adapting to an ever changing market place. I have led successful teams in the areas of production and inventory control, purchasing and materials management, operations and business unit as well as marketing and customer service. As a result, I spent six years of my career as a divisional Supply Chain Manager. I coordinated the implementation of an international supply chain structure that integrated the functions of procurement, planning, logistics and customer service and created a highly talented cross functional team. Together we traveled the world aligning global sources, contracted long term agreements and implemented efficient flow of materials and information that resulted in improved financial performance for the division. After supply chain, I was promoted into operations management. Currently, I oversee a multi-site manufacturing operation with complete P&L ownership. Leading a team of highly talented professionals while focusing on strategic deployment has been very rewarding. Implementing continual improvements through lean transformations and employee empowerment has been an exciting challenge and a great success. Building, developing, challenging, and steering a team while providing them with a single vision, changes very little across the various functions of a business or even across different markets.
