Vetted a new software package for optimizing rocket trajectories. Evaluated the viability of the code as a replacement for the aging optimization software by building out ever-more-robust launch scenarios. Co-authored a paper on the same subject for the 2011 JANNAF modeling and simulation conference.

Redesigned a part for the G650 jet. Used CATIA v5 3D modeling software in conjunction with ENOVIA project management platform to identify weaknesses in the old design, suggest solutions for improvement, eliminate multiple parts, and generate final designs. Collaborated with the stress analysis team to ensure parts met all load-bearing specifications.

Involved in the assembly of a full-scale aircraft cargo bay mock-up for fire-suppression system testing. Outfitted the mock-up with fire-suppression systems at the direction of senior engineers and ran test-firings for coverage assessment.
