Retrofitted older mobile equipment with RC28 BODAS controller to replace 10+ year old obsoletecontrollers that could no longer be sourced, saving our customers over $300,000+ price difference of a new machine. Technical challenges included laying out electrical schematics and recoding thesoftware for analog signals instead of relying on multiplexing capabilities. Designed, built, and tested new Synchro-Spreader product for an emerging market in road resurfacing application that deals with High Friction Surface Treatments (HFST). Provided a cost-effective solution for customers in a niche part of our industry. Designed and launched the Stage V emissions compliant Chipspreader to gain market share in highly regulated States and European countries. Redesigned the Chipspreader to drive right inside a shipping container without disassembling part of the machine. Saves our overseas customers the increased cost of freight (~$15,000 pre-COVID) by reduced envelope size for deck space on ships when accommodating our product.SME engineer for mobile hydrostatic self-propelled Chipspreader product line. Up to present day,have released over $150MM in revenue worth of product.
