Senior advisor to the Director of Operations for over 300 personnel. Coordinated the efforts for a team consisting of Contractors, Department of the Army Civilians, and Uniformed personnel.- Led the coordination efforts with three subordinate commands to ensure Cyberspace Operations training requirements were properly identified and resourced resulting in the building of the Army's capacity to perform missions in the cyber domain. - Spearheaded work changes affecting the unit and other agencies and activities. Reviewed, recommended and, advocated for organizational structure to provide the necessary resources to accomplish the organization's mission. - Advised senior level leadership on issues involving the relationship of the functions in terms of mission accomplishment, quality and quantity standards, procedural, policy and regulatory compliance, and technical competence. Ensuring success of cyber operations to the tactical edge.- Implemented command policies to promote efficient and effective execution of assigned projects. Ensured appropriate levels of controls were in place to support the protection of sensitive data, classified materials and information.

Fort Gordon, Ga

Senior advisor to the Commander of a multi-functional Military Intelligence Brigade of over 1600 personnel (Soldiers, DA Civilians, and Contractors), 15 intelligence support systems, 4 subordinate units in 9 locations around the world.- Directed and established a training plan that ensured all personnel were capable of accessing and leveraging National level intelligence capabilities to produce a more accurate and detailed intelligence product to support the warfighter. - Performed full range of supervisory functions. Established priorities, assigned and reviewed work, monitored accomplishments for timeliness and acceptability, determined training requirements, and made decisions on routine, non-routine, costly or controversial training requests from personnel.- Managed all inter-agency service support agreements (ISSAs) required to maintain operations across multiple locations. Provided support and advice to leadership staff to develop effective strategies and approaches to successfully achieve the Commandeers objectives.

Yongsan-Gu, Seoul, Korea

Senior advisor to the Commander of a forward stationed multi-functional Military Intelligence Brigade of over 1600 personnel (Soldiers, DA Civilians, and Contractors), 20 intelligence support systems, 5 subordinate units in 18 locations throughout US Forces Korea. - Created a training and development plan ensuring all personnel conducting Intelligence, surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions were fully qualified in individual, collective and critical tasks.- Interacted with personnel throughout the organization regularly, communicating the Commanders guidance and unit mission. Provided a comprehensive environment for all team members to learn and grow as intelligence professionals.- Routinely met and discussed contract requirements with contracting officials and program managers to ensure technical and program support was being provided in compliance with the terms of the contract.
