Sr.Principal Consultant, Technical Sales
• Deliver CA's Service Assurance business and technical messaging at enterprise accounts.• Align customer needs with capabilities of Service Assurance components and identify opportunities to grow deals.• Provide strategic direction to account teams for Service Assurance products.• Provide business insight and technical expertise to the customer.• Provide an executive liaison to customers to enhance the account team linkage to Product Management, Product Development, Support, and the CA Executive Team.• Assist AD/AM's in attaining and maintaining relationships across the executive ranks of the customer – IT, Business Units, and 'C' level executives.• Conduct and manage complex Proof of Concept projects at prospect sites involving Service Assurance products in Infrastructure Management, Service Operations Management, and Application Performance Management.
