My responsibilities include finding and securing work. Including managing a project from start to finish. This includes bidding the work. Selling and negotiating the work. Setting up the project so my team can be successful in their execution of the work and Managing the project with our client. Then finally Billing the completed work.

Started my career as a part-time clerk for the company. I worked my way through various positions to finally Market Manager. These positions taught me about pride in my work and that by working hard you can succeed. I learned to sell early on by making friends and then people would want to buy from you. A major accomplishment in my career with Glidden was taking a $485K a year store into a $1M a year store in less than 2 years.
