John W. Prokey is a partner with the law firm of Ramsbacher Prokey Leonard LLP. His practice includes advising high net worth individuals, families, and closely held business owners in tax, business, and estate planning, as well as representing taxpayers at all levels of tax controversy, including IRS administrative audit and Appeals and in U.S. Tax Court. John’s practice focuses on integrating estate and succession planning with the preservation of family-controlled business and investment entities. John is a frequent lecturer and guest speaker at numerous tax planning seminars and conferences throughout California and elsewhere, and is a prolific author on various tax and estate planning topics.
