Technical Support Analyst
Current• Providing front line web support to CAP staff, customers and members.• Coordinating efforts to improve service level to customers.• Functioning as liaison to key organizations in addressing day-to-day web/technical inquiries.• Triage of incidents and requests, escalating to other teams where appropriate.• Operating within established routines and procedures, requiring minimal supervision.• Directly handling support and request activities related to end-user computing (configuration and support of personal computers)Facilitate response to client through business and technical means in order to resolve issues.
