Customer service is my main focus. I started out taking member in bound calls. I have since learned to take provider inbound calls and respond to member e-mail and written correspondence. I have become experienced in the healthcare field, and have been exposed to different main frame systems, like TPS and NASCO.

I started here while starting college. I started in the deli department, worked up to the front end registers, and now I supervise the front end. My duties also entail counting the cash draws, making deposits and balancing the end of day results.

My duties included detailing clothes, assisting customers with dropping off and picking up completed orders. Also taking inventory of clothes and notifying the cleaning plant of missing orders.
