As Lead Development Product Owner (DPO), I'm responsible for leading multiple agile development teams to implement and improve USAA's digital investment experience to our membership. The teams are meeting our members needs using member driven experience design practices. As the DPO, also known as APO, I'm responsible for prioritizing the backlog, feature creation, story writing and presenting demos to all stakeholders.

As Director for USAA Investment Management Company, I represented the Product Management team as the Agile Product Owner (APO) for our digital initiatives. As the APO I managed our backlog, created feature, stories and prioritization across multiple teams. Larger initiatives included creating a single OMNI channel investment acquisition flow used by our members, front office sales and operations teams.

Direct the full life cycle of customer facing eCommerce financial services products including concept initiation, project oversight, marketplace delivery and post deployment tactical adjustments based on KPI’s. Regularly track and report milestones and success measures to project sponsors and key stakeholders. Leverage industry leading eCommerce practices, including scope definition, goal setting, work breakdown and structure, and budget and timing to provide Best-in-Class solutions. Create prioritized, user-centered product strategies and roadmaps, author business requirements.
