Acurity Developer – Current function is as an application developer. Mainly involved in the maintenance of the application called Acurity. This is a financial application for Superannuation with SQL as its database. Responsibilities:• Production support – resolving BAU issues raised by users thru phone call, email or Service Now.• Analyze and research the technical solution to implement the business and functional requirements.• Provide estimates and schedules for work to be undertaken.• Maintain Acurity Dev and Test Environments which also includes Code deployments, Acurity Version Upgrade and Data Refresh.• Maintain monthly and out of cycle code releases using SVN/GIT to ensure code is regularly checked in, merged, and deployed using Bamboo.• Document solutions to issues and processes in JIRA and/or Confluence• Provides Acurity technical mentoring and guidance for new and existing member of the team.

Senior Support Analyst Programmer – team member of the production support group. Main role is to provide 24x7 support and maintenance of Super 1.0 (Banking, Investment, Funds Management, Superannuation and Insurance) application. Responsibilities:• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Super 1.0 application• Keeping the application up and running within the specified SLA• Perform daily monitoring of routine processes and transactions• Triage, investigate and identify application issues and defects raised by business and end users• Continuously ensure efficient and effective handling/scheduling of all business and user requests• Escalate issues in a timely manner to next level support groups for issues that require further involvement• Gather and analyze business requirements to enhance and resolve production issues • Implement application resolutions, change requests and projects using ITIL standards and processes• Log and manage change requests, incidents and issues using MITTS and Remedy system• Conduct team member and user training• Provide data analysis, build SQL queries, implement changes and support for the conversion team (migrating Super 1.0 application to the new AMP application North)

Worked as a Senior Analyst/Programmer tasked to do maintenance and support to the company's major systems. - Main function is to provide 24x7 support which includes responding to user requests to investigate system problems, data issues, provide adhoc reporting, assess and develop enhancement requests.Was later assigned to a group assigned to upgrade of the company's major systems. The project involved the upgrade of the following: - Pro-IV version 5.5 to 6.1 - Operating system change from Unix to Linux - Database upgrade from Oracle 9i to 10g - Enhancement of hardware architecture into a clustered and Oracle RAC architecture

• Served as frontline consultant of Fujitsu Singapore for GLOVIA ERP application support, working at client-site. • Customized, and development of the daily automated process using bash/korn shell scripting and CONTROL-M scheduling application. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users.
