- Leading vehicle dynamics tuning of multiple vehicle programmes across MLA & D7a architectures.- Managing integration of passive and active system tuning across architectures.- Definition of vehicle targets, enabling a systems engineering approach to vehicle dynamics development.- Subjective evaluation of vehicle ride, steering and handling, both on-road and at proving grounds in the UK and Europe.- Identification of opportunities for new ways of working to enable more efficient and robust engineering of a growing vehicle portfolio, including defining requirements and supporting ongoing development of new tools and processes.

- Lead vehicle dynamics tuner on Jaguar I-Pace.- Led tuning of elastokinematic components - springs, anti-roll bars, auxilliary sprung components, bushes etc. and supported tuning of dampers, steering and active systems- Subjective assessment of vehicle Ride, Handling & Steering attributes, both on-road and at proving grounds in the UK and Europe.- Assessment of handling behaviour on wet and dry surfaces up to and beyond the adhesion limit.- Used objective data including K&C and empirical metrics to drive decision making and tuning direction.- Led project management of tuning process, including daily and weekly planning, leading agile/scrum meetings, organising test trips etc.- Responsible for completing final vehicle stability, handling and steering sign-off (Trustmark).- Junior vehicle dynamics tuner on XE and XE AWD.
