For the last 15 years I have run my own highly successful business and have contributed to the growth of businesses, advised on the establishment of robust quality frameworks and supported key stakeholders in carrying out their roles. I have a proven ability to engage with senior management teams, identifying business process improvements and making best practice recommendations on how to position an organisation so that it achieves their desired level of profitability and growth. My approach to coaching key stakeholders in a business is based on proven methods and I have enjoyed a significant amount of success throughout my career as a result of my proven leadership and strategic skills honed at board level.
