My name is John Redden, I am a retired, mature, experienced, Christian professional person having excellent health and a varied slate of work experiences. I have served in the US Armed forces, am a patriot, and a conservative where politics are concerned. I have been married to the same lady for 56 years, we have raised three wonderful children and traveled extensively through out the world during our career.Following military service, I worked in the crafts [structural/mechanical/process piping] and advanced into craft supervision and later into project management. I served in various PM positions for approx twenty years [EPC/TAR/SU] . I have experience in all aspects of the controls discipline, cost management, estimating, procurement, planning and scheduling. I have working proficiency in all aspect of Project Controls and various other engineering disciplines related to the work. I prefer to be in the Planning and Scheduling discipline due to my extensive experience in field works as I have hands-on experience on projects from the harsh North African desert to the frozen tundra of the Arctic. I have experience in the marine environment, both on-shore in production/fabrication and off-shore installations. I have been a multi-discipline manager [EPC/Commissioning & Startup and Turnarounds/Shutdowns]. I am a graduated, experienced, qualified, Mechanical engineer, and a senior project controls specialist with fifteen years of progressive responsibilities in performing such functional duties and responsibilities as necessary for the Senior Controls Specialists requirements I am proficient with all Primavera software from Finest Hour thru version P6.2. I have also worked with Monte Carlo Risk Analysis protocols and developed risk analysis and matrices and mitigation plans. Also have provided [or caused to be provided] all relative working documents to support the project team's goals and objectives, including recovery plans/work arounds as necessary.
