Typical move-out projects involve layered coordination between building manager, security agencies, tenant, and contractor.Additional projects have included both federal and healthcare contracts, with scopes of work ranging from equipment procurement and installation to the development and creation of Tenant Transition Plans, Project Management Plans, and Cost Evaluation Reports.
