I am a Class A General Contractor, with more than 27 years of commercial and residential masonry expereince and over a decade of custom home building and renovating background. I have designed and built houses from the ground up, as well as various types of home renovation projects. We also work with local Realtors to ready homes for sale and are able to execute projects within tight time constraints. I have a strong background in structural repairs from my years in the commercial masonry field. I am interested in establishing relationships with contractors and structural engeneers, as well as others in the fields of construction, real estate and deisgn. .Specialties: Masonry construction, structural repairs, concrete flat and wall work, steel erection, roofing,siding,painting just to mention a few. We have recently launched John Reece Contracting for residential and commercial General contracting. Same dependability, and quality of work you have come to depend on over the past 27years, only under a new name. We are currently involved in projects on Yorktown Naval Weapons Station, Ft Eustis, and Norfolk Naval Base with a wider scope of work than ever before. We are contracting demolition work, large scale concrete slab and wall construction, Iron work erection, siding, roofing, as well as masonry alterations to existing buildings.
