With more than six (6) years of experience in the audits of clients under National and Financial Services Industries, specifically wholesale, retail, restaurants, wealth and asset management, pensions and insurance. Experienced in handling audits of both national and offshore clients that enabled me to be proficient in the global audit methodology that is consistent with the International Standards on Auditing (ISA). During my career with Ernst & Young Philippines, I was primarily exposed in the audits of Australian and Cayman-based clients reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Australian Accounting Standards (AAS), and US GAAP. Under the Wealth & Asset Management industry, I handled audits of managed investment schemes, investment management companies, administrators and hedge funds, particularly master-feeder and private equity funds. I was involved in the cross-border teaming with EY Sydney and served as the lead audit senior of the Asia-Pacific Talent Hub team in the audit of one of Australia's largest wealth management clients. From January to April 2018, I was given the chance to work at EY Churchill Place, London, UK through EY’s mobility program. While working at EY London, most of my clients were private equity funds and investment management companies reporting under IFRS, US GAAP and UK GAAP (FRS 102).Taking a leap in my professional career, I joined Deloitte Malta last July 2019. Part of my responsibilities was to supervise audits of Maltese clients in the local industry. However, my main role as an assistant manager was within the Financial Services Industry which included audit of companies regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA). I was in charge of leading fieldworks on client sites, performing detailed level of reviews of junior staff members ensuring utmost quality and handling multiple engagements simultaneously.Currently, I am a Senior Fund Accountant - Private Equities at BNP Paribas, S.A., Jersey Branch.Outside work, I have a passion for photography, reading, playing badminton and outdoor activities, such as running and trekking.
