The group of technologists, installs, operates and maintains the bank's infrastructure. The Global Command Center (NOC) with a staff of 50 resources, 4 Team Lead Managers provides 24 X 7 support to it’s internal 40,000 + international clients it’s primary role is responsible for providing level I & II support and systems management / monitoring of 500+ Unix, 2200 Intel servers, 800+ network devices, 3500 ABM devices and an enterprise batch schedule of 20,000+ jobs while providing problem resolution consistent with service delivery targets over 85% and observing the Remedy problem and change management process. The Command Centre is an active participant in ensuring appropriate root cause remediation, prevention and leads the incident and recovery process in the Recovery Manager role.
