I assisted in gaining 2 parcels of work worth $1.9m over the next 3 years. The role was part-time (2-3 days pw).

Following Converga's purchase of the Speedscan business, I was engaged as Project Manager to relocate and integrate the Speedscan business. This included oversight of the physical move, IT & Communications infrastructure relocation, Customer and Supplier communications and staffing issues.In addition:- I successfully integrated Speedscan's financial systems to Converga's existing systems. This included conversion and migration from MYOB to Finance One / Technology One. I also assisted in the migration of payroll from ADP (bureau) to Preceda. - I provided a blueprint for Financial Management on fully integrating corporate structures over time.- I also advised Operations Management on systems to optimise management information.

Speedscan is a document management business which includes imaging, work-flow, archival & Retrieval and management of digital outbound communications. It has operations in Australia, NZ and the Philippines. It was sold to Converga (a subsidiary of NZ Post) in January 2014.My responsibilities included:- Financial Management & reporting- Preparation of board reports, Company Secretary- Legal / contracts- Human Resources- Providing commercial advice to management- Management of key suppliers- Mergers and Acquisitions. This involved acquisitions of 2 business (Allfiche Australia & Pro-Data) as well as the financial due diligence requirements for the eventual sale of Speedscan itself.- Following the sale, I assisted the new owners to assimilate Speedscan into their business.
