As a Security Support Engineer at IPSec Pty Ltd, I am a key member of the Security Operations Centre team, serving as the first point of contact and first level of support for incidents.With 24/7/365 availability, I proactively monitor and respond to alerts for managed security devices and solutions, investigate and assess priority security incidents from SIEM, and process all incoming tickets via ITSM within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).I communicate with clients on suspected and confirmed security concerns and liaise with vendors as needed. Additionally, I perform basic troubleshooting and investigation, and maintain routine updates and backups of internal and managed client systems.
