Responsible for leadership of financial, accounting, human resources, information technology areas of a full service real estate firm offering tenant representation, landlord leasing, property management, lease administration, national accounts and investment sales.Led company through financially challenging times by effectively streamlining operations, outsourcing selected functions, closing non-performing offices, cash management and guiding business owners, which culminated in and increased EBITDA of almost 50%.Led financial negotiations to acquire another full service real estate company and assisted with negotiations to complete a successful sale of the combined entities 2 years later.
