I was a founding member of the Trade organization where I built out policy, process and developed both individual contributors and managers. While leading the sales team I implemented several Key Performance Indicators and held weekly coaching sessions to ensure the team was progressing, directly resulting in increased revenue. During my time in the Trade Organization I was also part of the leadership group that created and launched the SDR program. This team was responsible for generating new business leads that my team then continued to develop.

I was the first employee to be hired in North America for the Sydney based start-up, Deputy. I was first responsible for onboarding, contracting, and maintaining all businesses based in the United States. Soon after starting, I became a founding member in our partnership channel where I spent 50% of my time traveling to cities to speak directly to business owners on the power of Deputy and the suite of integrations that came with it. We quickly grew from a team of me, to a larger team of 10 people and I took on a leadership role within the sales team to onboard, train, develop, and coach a group of AEs. I achieved all of this while working fully remote.
