I worked with the STANLEY Security Sales Team to support activities with all elements of corporate branding from preparing client presentations to designing corporate literature. Using Word, Excel and Powerpoint to develop and present information, and Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for design tasks, creating fliers and leaflets. I used the STANLEY web development tool (Joomla) to edit and update webpages and created blog articles, as well as working with external agencies creating new content. I also used Conductor for web page analysis and researching for SEO, particularly while writing blog posts and pages for the website. I launched the STANLEY UK “Influencer” programme for UK “experts”, co-ordinating that to help with writing new blogs and then editing submitted articles for use on our website. I worked with senior managers to help increase personal LinkedIn visibility and improve profile engagement. At the beginning of the year I had been managing and co-ordinating various trade show activity, managing budgets, creating stand designs, organising staff attendance and literature etc. This included traditional national scale trade shows (eg: Data Centre World, London Excel) as well as smaller regional, meet the buyer events, but these activities were all cancelled with the Covid pandemic.

Mainstream is a South West based telecoms company, providing expert consultancy and advice to business of all sizes on the most appropriate voice communications systems, whether that is on-site or hosted systems with desk based and mobile phones. They are also an ISP and can provide a selection of internet connection options for businesses from simple ASDL connections to superfast dedicated fibre connections.Responsible for social media, website, literature, list creation and any number of other small marketing related tasks.

Main responsibilities included day to day team management, maintenance and creation of web pages for the site and the development and management of email marketing campaigns in line with Marcoms requirements. Maintenance and support of web site registration process and database (Lotus Notes) and reporting site statistics on a monthly and adhoc basis, using the “WebAbacus” web based reporting tool. Web pages and emails are created using Dreamweaver and Photoshop CS2, with email campaign management via the “Message Focus”, web based tool.

Main responsibilities were to work with Schneider organisations worldwide, to set-up and develop CRM & SFA systems. This included understanding and managing country needs and expectations. The creation of CRM/SFA specifications and requirements for corporate services, country organisations and software providers/developers. Development of appropriate training materials to promote and inform on the implementation and use of CRM/SFA tools, as a way of improving Sales and Marketing effectiveness. Identifying and documenting reusable business processes for inclusion within Schneider “approved tools" and management of the Global Supplier Agreement with the software developers.• World-wide promotion of CRM/SFA and support of new and existing programmes in Schneider, including South America, Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East• Creation/administration of SFA Users Community, to allow exchange of ideas, information, experience, best practice and “hints and tips” between country users/administrators in 38 countries.• Definition and creation of CRM Key Requirements documents, raising the profile of CRM/SFA, leading to the creation of a global CRM project.

Responsible for production of regular statistics for all levels of management, product training, web site management, commercial offers for large volumes of standard product, resolving technical and commercial queries, creation of Key Performance Indicators for commercial activity and project management of the Sales Force Automation scheme.• Re-structured the Distributor Policy, to reduce the effect of seasonal purchasing patterns, and devised Excel and Access databases to analyse and administrate the system.• Convinced the Management team to initiate a Sales Force Automation system to provide a standardised platform for sales contact information etc.
