Communicating with parents and the coaching team, liaising with the local youth league regarding e.g. fixtures and player registration, and the local cricket board and county club regarding e.g. coach education and performance trial nominations.  Writing articles for publicity in local media and posting updates on social media. Member of the club committee and as such involved in general club activity and projects.

Lead coach for a number of different age groups at different times. Planning and leading training sessions, organising and running matches, including umpiring, scoring and updating Play Cricket with results and match scorecards.

Implementing price change tickets to stock lines on the shop floor in order to remain legal and compliant. Also implementing and removing advertising as instructed by head office.

Carrying out reviews of various business areas within the UK bank, using different tools (e.g. desk based, site visits), to test compliance against external regulations and internal policies. Establishing whether regulatory requirements and internal processes are being adhered to andfair customer outcomes are being achieved. Raising issues via clear and concise reporting where gaps/shortcomings exist and monitoring remedial action to a conclusion.

Providing operational support for Coutts investment portfolios, particularly in respect of corporate activity affecting investments held and producing annual tax packs for US customers.

Discretionary management of investment portfolios on behalf of NatWest and RBS customers. Considering customer risk profile, income requirements and tax implications of sales of investments.
