Project Management: Initiating Procurement enquiries, securing supplier pricing arrangements and raising Purchase Requisitions. Production of Schedules for Equipment installation, Man-hour estimates and monitoring progress. Liaising with Clients, supervision of Sub-contractors and Third Party representatives. Technical Project Management of Substation, Field Electrical Room, Generator and Track Side contracts.Engineering and Project Engineering: Liaison with both client and in-house engineers (E&I and Mechanical) on engineering/technical issues. Compiling work packs for Sub Contract installation engineers. Supervision of all aspects of the E&I installations to ensure that the final installation meets the Clients requirements and required International/National Standards as per Project requirements. Supervision and inspection of Sub-contractors/suppliers works (Panel Builders, HVAC and Fire & Gas). Production and implementation of Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests. Submission of Requests for Information and Concession Requests as per Project procedures.Design Experience: Reviewing Project and International Specifications. Production of Engineering deliverables including Block Wiring Diagrams and Electrical Schematics in line with Project Specifications. Equipment layouts, Lighting & small power layouts, Fire & Gas Layouts, Telecoms and Access Control Layouts, Earthing layouts. Generation of cable schedules and termination schedules including calculation of current carrying capacity of different types of cable under various circumstances. Determination of the correct ratings of Protective devices to ensure discrimination. Selection of equipment suitable for Project environments (onshore/offshore, hazardous area etc.) and ambient temperatures (-40ºC to +55ºC).

Installation of Small Power & Lighting systems in steel modular buildings. Interface wiring between various client equipment. Test & Inspection of Small Power & Lighting systems. Implementation of FAT Procedures.

New Industrial, Commercial & Domestic electrical installations. Domestic maintenance for a Local Housing Association. Periodic Inspections and Emergency Lighting Inspections.
