My role at Atrium Health is to Identify, plan and implement Outpatient programs and services that integrate health system service lines with Pharmacy Services. Essential Functions:• Identify and quantify new opportunities related to outpatient pharmacy, profile and prioritize customers into multi-year business plans, including the strategies and tactics that will be undertaken that support health system mission and goals.• Develop and implement a patient-centric, integrated service and clinical care team model that produces superior, demonstrable results for patients with complex, specialty health conditions that is the core CHS value promise for patients, providers, payers, plan sponsors, manufacturers and other healthcare partners.• Manage relationships and branding of Specialty Pharmacy Service related activities within the clinical operations of specialty pharmacy customers.• Manage relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers to integrate services and maximize System Care Coordination and Patient / Provider Experience, including limited drug Channel distribution network access.• Design and execute strategies directed at commercial payers, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), and “Outside” dispensing pharmacies to maximize System Care Coordination and network inclusion.• Develop and implement strategies and best practice sharing that integrate Outpatient Specialty Pharmacy Service beyond the Primary Enterprise to affiliated regional partners, community practices and other integrated healthcare delivery networks.
