IO subject matter expert for the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency (JPRA) Personnel Recovery Education and Training Center (PRETC). Responsible for integrating information operations and information related capabilities into personnel recovery (PR) related training; identifying problems and proposing solutions to incorporating information operations during PR events; validating solutions and capturing best practices for inclusion in PR joint doctrine, white papers, and TTP.
