  I have been with the company for 34 years now. I started in the laboratory and have much experience of compounding elastomers and processing them. I was assistant manager of the mixing facility and then our EMC department at Hoe Bridge where I learned the challenges of commercial production of elastomeric products.I now offer elastomer selection recommendations for all applications but mainly O&G and nuclear industries.Outside work I run, trek and climb mountains. I read and listen to music when I just sit!
