I have been working with people in the service industry since high school, and have developed and refined those skills thanks to my education at Wichita State University. I have confidence in my management skills and to be a strong leader who is able to learn and adapt to new situations through innovation, communication, and a positive attitude. Being involved at Wichita State University allowed me to refine my skills in being an effective leader as well as a team player. Teaching me that no obstacle is too big, and there is no problem without a solution. I want to use my skills in an effective way, to see the results of my hard work, and to find a job that encourages its employees to be the best they can.In the past year I have had the wonderful opportunity to work as a communications assistant which has really helped me broaden my horizons and learn a lot about how the world works for other people. I am continuing to grow my skills and want to feel like I am making a difference in the work I do.
