Manages the development of stores selling and service environments by training and coaching management teams . Ensures highest levels of customer service through personal interaction with customers and management. Responsible for operational processes that ensure inventory and expense financial controls are appropriately executed.Responsible for selecting, training and developing management positions at existing and new stores. Ensuring that our workforce is effective and motivated.

Provide direction and leadership for Six ditribution centers .Develop and implement operational performance standards and measurements to improve distribution costs , on time delivery and accuracy( Quality). Continually improve on the quality of services and efficiencies of process year over year.Select, train and develop the management group to build an effective and motivated work force. Manage the succesful start up of a new distribution facility, ensuring that there was no interuption in service and all budgetary and productivity targets were met.
