I handle a range of customer quality issues via fax, email and phone call, such as; order entry, returns, credits, order correction, etc.

Helped set up and open a new warehouse in Fresno, CA. Trained the staff, stocked the entire warehouse, oversaw the shipping and receiving process, handled all vendor issues including damges, returns, freight claims, etc., was responsible for overall warehouse cleanliness and organization, and reported directly to the Senior Logistics Manager.

Handled all inventory related issues within the warehouse including cycle counts, bin integrity, manufacturer boxing issues, shelf accuracy, etc. Used BI reports to solve many IM issues.

For close to 4 years I Drummed in a touring band. We toured the United States, the UK several times, Canada, all of Europe, and we worked with highly reveered producers and record labels throughout our tenure as an active band. Our records garnered great reviews and brought crowds ranging from between 250 and over 1000 people to our shows. We caught the attention of and toured with many of the biggest and most well-respected bands in our genre at the time and appeared on several magazines, radio shows, and TV shows (Fuse, MTV).
