Manage a team of process experts. Monitor, control and adjust the Cold End and/or Hot End equipment and tools in order to meet manufacturing targets, to reduce costs and to maximize the equipment life-cycle. Provide technical reports and analysis on the production process, identify problems and take corrective actions in order to improve the quality of the product. Provide technical assistance to the manufacturing team. Participate to maintenance and engineering projects. Follow operating and HSEQ procedures. May be specialized and assigned to specific stages of the manufacturing line.
