A 29 year career spanning multiple states on various sizes and types of communites, along with the vast experiences gained, strong work ethic and dedication to improvement of the company image and overall bottom line have proven to be very valuable to the companies I work for. I have been a student of the the Real Estate industry and systems utilized within. Through hands on management, Real Estate brokerage and continuing education opportunties, since earning my degree from Penn State University where I majored in Real Estate I gained a firm grasp on the industry as a whole, that can not be gained by servicing a single property type or facet of the industry. The experience gained as a regional manager in a State College, PA, managing undergraduate housing, has taught me how to multi-task, and motivate team members through stressful times. Handling multiple sites and projects while working in the Gas and Oil title abstracting, foreclosure services industries and an area manager in the Pittsburgh region has made me a road warrior. Handling multiple tasks has become second nature to me. Experience has taught me the value of working very closely on a daily task and goal oriented systems and importance of keeping every member of my team on target.
