I am a supply chain and logistics leader, U.S. Marine Corps veteran and College graduate with extensive experience in logistics, leadership, operations management, and supply chain management, particularly in the military and healthcare industries. I bring comprehensive experience and education at every level of the supply chain, to include lean systems, strategic sourcing, value analysis, strategic planning, data analytics, and logistics operations.As a veteran of the Marine Corps, I am fortunate to have been surrounded by world-class leaders throughout my professional career. I actively apply these leadership lessons I have learned as a Marine to my daily duties, leading and developing my teams with attainable, ever-improving goals and objectives.During my time as a supply chain manager with Novant Health, I have actively sought to reduce inventory, develop lean strategies for material flow and PAR management, and have translated these processes into over $1M in total savings for my facility during my tenure.I was actively engaged in developing, maintaining, and evaluating Key Progress Indicators (KPIs) for both my team, and the entire Novant Health supply chain department.
