Served key involvement with programs such as cell-phone warranty, select risk, healthcare, surety and vehicle warranty multi-coverage exposure (both claims-made and occurrence coverage types). Oversaw $2,500,000,000 in reserves. Directed strengthening of reserves over $300,000,000 in healthcare in 2002-2003 to set balance sheet in healthy position. Re-vamped large account retro database in SAS to more accurately project retro premium reserves. Increased retro reserves more accurately by $70,000,000.
