Field Service Technician
CurrentProviding nation-wide (and Canadian) field service for customers Co-Located at the DR Data Center in Los Angeles. Installation of core networking equipment (firewall, switches, etc.), remote hands for network engineers back at the Data Center. Installation and configuration of RDP, NAV, and ERP client software, verifying access and functionality of devices from the Data Center. Verification of Carrier circuits. Execution of structured cabling projects (ranging from a few cables and a rack to hundred+ drop count) to facilitate access of client equipment to Data Center. Deployment of IP phone systems. MSP administration including but not limited to O365, MDM, Azure and On-Premise AD, Endpoint Management, Video Conferencing systems (all brands and platforms including Zoom RingCentral Teams etc).
