I am a somebody that has strong relationship and leadership skill base with over 25 years in Financial Services.Having worked for both Banks and Building Society's and predominately in the mortgage sector I have over 15 years experience of working in the Intermediated world. Roles have included face to face Business Development as well as Leadership roles managing the Telephone and Field teams. During my time in role I have also become heavily involved with Clubs and Networks.During the last 8 years I have been building my experience in the strategic direction setting of my current employer and become active in the Society's culture and wider industry. This has included my passion for Inclusion in FS and also advancing the Society's Technology positioning.More recently I have joined the Stonebridge network as Head Of Sales, Stonebridge has over 1,200 advisors and over 650 individual Appointed Representative firms. This career move extends my experience in FS and has allowed me to work within a distribution business.
