Developed the company's variance report process and rejected load process, trained and implemented new procedures to employees Assigned role of Sustainability Manager, in addition to operations duties, monitoring newly implemented procedures and re-visit failed processes and design replacement procedures should one fail. I oversaw the procedures implemented and decreased hours worked, saving health and welfare benefits paid out, while improving customer engagement and on time delivery standards. Worked with Carpedia International (consulting firm recruited by VCNA) on current process restructuring to minimize financial losses, developing new daily processes, minimize lost time, and increase productivity. Attended Carpedia College as preliminary training for process improvements.

This included employee management with responsibility for disciplinary action.
