Assembled and executed Prairie's executive update meeting. Discussions during the meeting included process improvement, customer issues, KPI's, company financials, and safety reports. The meeting encompassed the efficiencies of the company within four states in the Midwest utilizing 1100+ employees. Developed and maintained a Daily Operational report displaying KPI's on Prairie as a whole, as a region, and at the yard level. Metrics tracked were yards per hour, truck engagement, start of day and end of day (among several). Developed the company's variance report process and rejected load process, trained and implemented new procedures to employees Assigned role of Sustainability Manager, in addition to operations duties, monitoring newly implemented procedures and re-visit failed processes and design replacement procedures should one fail. I oversaw the procedures implemented and decreased hours worked, saving health and welfare benefits paid out, while improving customer engagement and on time delivery standards. Worked with Carpedia International (consulting firm recruited by VCNA) on current process restructuring to minimize financial losses, developing new daily processes, minimize lost time, and increase productivity. Attended Carpedia College as preliminary training for process improvements.

Worked in a variety of company environments including sales (employee exchange program), maintenance (restructuring inventory processes), and IT on new software implementation, exceeded in instructing employees and producing operations system manuals, and provided employee assistance with everyday IT issues. Initially hired as a manager of a single yard for Prairie I was sent to various locations to train with the key Management staff. Role quickly became that of a multi faceted manager that could run any yard at any given time (often at a moment's notice). I was responsible for the safety and operational goals at all facilities. This included employee management with responsibility for disciplinary action.
