Led cross-functional agile teams consisting of business analysts, development, security, operations, and third-party vendors to deliver Ricoh’s first-of-kind combined AI/ML SasS multi-tenant AIOps platform. Created engagement and professional services workflow and strategies and trained commercial and public sales organizations on ITOM and AIOps. Advised the executive team on strategies and timelines for future development projects addressing the company’s overall objectives and strategic direction.- Client: BeneCardPBF (500 employees, $1B revenue)I lead and delivered the sales and engagement strategy and market positioning for an upcoming AI/ML-driven SaaS platform focused on reducing medication and therapeutic adverse event scenarios.

Led a technical organization of approximately 1,000 developers, operations, analysts, and contractors supporting over 30 Federal programs and delivering $250M in annual revenue. Delivered multiple engagements and development projects for DEA, ATF, and Department of Justice including cloud-based solutions addressing APM, Observability, ITOM and AIOps. Delivered pragmatic and sustainable technology solutions for multiple captures, totaling more than $8.7B in contract value. Led a highly specialized multi-country Agile engineering team of 40 and drove all software engineering functions including establishing methodologies, processes, and product roadmap. Massive 500+ multi-environment Windows server farm running C, C++, and Java proprietary applications with MSSQL backend; integrations with TIBCO RV, Polypaths, Webfits/Winfits (Aurora), Bloomberg, eMBS, Intex, MQ and AutoSYS.• At the Federal Reserve Bank in East Rutherford, NJ, I planned, developed, and implemented cutting edge technical solutions (architecture, processes, methodologies) and tools, techniques, and performance metrics to measure, assess, and recommend continuous improvements to address business needs, opportunities, and growth; introduced application profiling within the SDLC. Technologies included C, C++, and Java running on a large 100+ Windows server-based infrastructure with MSSQL backend.
