Primary foci on Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies 1988-1998, Cybersecurity 1998-2003 and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Cybersecurity 2003-15. Led and participated in numerous initiatives across the national security community and with private sector organizations. Developed and operated extensive isolated "hands-on" laboratories to support education of senior leadership.

1987-2010 Executive Programs Faculty for Chief Information Officer and Doctor of Management Degrees. 1985-86, full time faculty in European Program. Courses taught included Emerging Technology, Risk Management, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science & Programming.

Created program, directed students, and taught courses in four year IT program. Managed IT personnel and systems for student records, admissions, and finance.
