Center for Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Diving Director of 33 Joint Service core and advanced high risk training courses that provide instruction to over 4,000 Military Officer, Enlisted, International, DoD Civilians, and Federal Law Enforcement students annually. Coordinates the delivery of common individual Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and Military Diving training to the Joint Services through three disparate locations; Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal (Niceville, FL), Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center (Panama City, FL) and Explosive Ordnance Disposal / Navy Diver Pre-Assessment Course (Great Lakes, IL).

Center for Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Diving Department Head / Program Manager overseeing the implementation of the Scalable Mobile Applications for Ready Training (SMART) program. Supervised the acquisition and fiscal control of nearly $3M in contracted web services and content development supporting the introduction of augmented reality, innovative software, upgraded hardware and improved processes which replaced traditional curriculum delivery methods and was directly responsible for an 11% reduction in student attrition rates.

Planned, coordinated, executed and analyzed multiple Fleet-wide exercises and assessments conducted to determine operational capability and capacity to meet Fleet and Combatant Commander Mine Warfare tasking. Designed and executed the first-ever SEVENTH Fleet assessment of US and Coalition Mine Countermeasure forces on the Korean Peninsula which identified operational deficiencies, enabled the delivery of effect-based training and identified the need for urgent acquisition of advanced systems and technologies.

Deputy Director responsible for the operational planning, tasking and command and control of more than 1,100 Joint personnel executing Expeditionary maritime missions throughout the U.S Central Command area of operations in support of Theater Security Cooperation and Overseas Contingency initiatives. Responsible for the supervision of four Departments and a 20 person staff synchronizing the execution of planned and emergent operations involving 7 diverse Task Groups.

Fleet Staff Planner responsible for the planning, tasking and coordination of US Navy expeditionary operations conducted in the Eastern Pacific operational area (OPAREA). Lead Planner for all Joint Naval Expeditionary operations in the RIM of Pacific (RIMPAC) exercise 2014, the largest maritime exercise in the world.

Directed 8 Departments managing all facets of personnel administration, intelligence, operational planning, funding, logistic and facilities management for a 200+ person multi-service command. Manned, trained, certified and deployed teams, units of action and staffs across five global theaters of operation in support of maneuver elements and Combatant Commander Requirements.

Department Head overseeing the planning, scheduling, training and deployment of all EOD and Diving forces based in the Pacific Theater. Coordinated and implemented the Secretary of Defense's Global Force Management Plan for US Navy EOD and Diving forces deploying in support of Combatant Commander Requirements. Completely restructured US Navy EOD force flow to support emergent operational theater requirements in Iraq and Afghanistan.
