Responsible for the successful delivery of all client-based engagements across all of our technologies in the US. The resources deployed on our projects include project management, architects, developers, functional/business process consultants, and India-based consultants.I joined Apps Associates to take over their Applications practice in 2012. Our services have grown considerably since 2012 as cloud applications are becoming more readily adopted in organizations that have traditionally had single-stack ERP systems. My team still supports Oracle EBS, but we are increasingly working with customers to identify the cost reductions and functionality improvements associated with a cloud applications migration strategy. Responsible for the strategic management and development of business systems to support Empirix's operations. Currently managing the enhancement of Oracle Applications 12.1.3 for Financials, Manufacturing, Order Management, Configurator, Quoting, Install Base and Service Contracts. My team developed a custom revenue recognition system within the OA Framework that takes order information and provides the users with the ability to perform carve outs and best pricing concepts of VSOE that are not available in EBS. Implemented CRM OD in January 2011, integrated to EBS using the Lead to Order AIA PIP. Using both InsideView and LinkedIn embedded within CRM to enhance the experience for our sales team. Sharepoint 2007 deployed and integrated with both CRM and EBS for content management, intranet sites, internal project management, and external-facing sites. Recently implemented Service in CRM OD tied to a custom front end portal.

Managed the ERP practice at TriCore. Assisted with the hiring and staffing of consultants to build the practice. Instituted operational elements to more efficiently run the business (time tracking, project billing, expense reporting). Led training initiatives among the existing consultants to enhance the applications that we were able to implement. Led the effort to achieve Oracle Accelerator certification.

Responsible for the management of the Northeast ERP practice as part of the CFO Advisory services organization. Helped to build the team of consultants to manage and implement ERP-related projects and ERP process efficiency improvements.

Managed a team of 50 consultants delivering Oracle ERP and technology solutions to the Northeast region. Grew the practice from 15 consultants to 50. Assisted in the migration of a peer organization in the Zanett family and developed a new line of business around Fusion Middleware. Led efforts to expand service offerings to include offshore development, onshore development, PeopleSoft, Siebel, and Apps DBA services for our customers in the Northeast. Managed the expansion of our practice in Metro NY.

Managed day-to-day operations including customer service, manufacturing, shipping, and IT. Led the selection process for a new ERP and web development project (Oracle) and oversaw the project to completion.
