Began work 2 weeks after graduating from college. Started as a technician in R&D. 3 years later promoted to approvals coordinator. 4 years later moved to inside sales. Stayed in that position until 1990 when I was promoted to product manager in the sales group. In 2001 I became corporate logistics manager with approximately 25 direct reports. In 2006, I transferred back to the product management group as a global product manager. In 2015 became manager of global product management group with 4 direct reports.
