With over thirty years of varied architectural, development, and construction management experience, I bring a broad range of expertise to the projects in which I am involved. My background includes numerous building types, in scales ranging from small renovations to large mixed-use high-rise structures. My role in these projects has ranged from project and field architect, to project manager, construction manager, development manager, and owner’s representative. On projects such as; the Zymogenetics headquarters on Lake Union; Pacific Place Retail Center; the Aspira Apartment Tower, Viktoria Apartment Tower, and the renovations of Pier 56 and the O’Shea Building, (the downtown Gap store,) this expertise has played a key role in the successful outcomes of these prominent and challenging projects.I have successfully led multi-disciplined teams on large, complex, fast track projects. My in-depth knowledge of the development process has been gained through ‘hands-on” experience in the various development roles. I am able to contribute my expertise from the conceptual stage, through the design, budgeting, entitlement, construction, and leasing phases of a project. Since 1997 I have worked as an owner’s representative, development manager, and construction manager on projects in the Seattle area.

Managed all aspects of several complex renovations of historic structures; site preparation for construction of the IDX Tower; created the new flagship Gap store in Downtown Seattle; managed core & shell and tenant construction of the Real Networks headquarters; managed the design, financing, construction, and tenant improvements for the Pier 56 renovation; provided site and project feasibility studies of pipeline projects.

Worked on domestic and international projects including: art museums, performing arts centers, libraries, hospitals and clinics, retail, educational, office, multifamily housing, and urban planning.
