Assisting new business start-ups and existing companies to resolve particular business problems that were hampering their development.

Bracknell

• Built a full UK Customer Training Division for this software provider
• Opened new business accounts within the police and health sectors
• Total responsibility for Xerox, JetForm’s major alliance partner

Andover

• Full responsibility for exceeding the revenue and profit objectives of this UK plc, selling satellite data broadcast systems, custom Epos solutions and specialist keyboards to major public (DSS and MOD) and private.
• In three years I managed an increase in turnover from £7.8M to £I5M.

Wokingham

• Held full P & L responsibility for all UK components of this multi-national provider of archival storage systems.
• My team grew the company’s UK revenue from - £3M to + £11M with significant profit.
• Responsible for sales to both public and private sector customers

London

• Recruited and trained the original sales and marketing team for the company before its incorporation into France Telecom Network Services.
• My team won a major order from Ladbroke Racing for a new network service project in the UK
• Secured major orders from Marks and Spencer plc and Europcar to provide their Pan-European managed data networks.
