I am passionate about developing and commercialising new technologies which enable faster prototyping of micro and nanotechnologies.Currently evaluating technologies and processes to speed up the fabrication of metal and plastic microstructures.I have Significant experience in bringing new technologies from clean sheet design to commercial success.At Cartesian Co I lead an interdisciplinary team of chemists, electrical and mechanical engineers to commercialise a novel process for printing conductive materials. A first of it's kind, we performed chemistry on-substrate by inkjet printing precursors to form a range of silver nanoparticle morphologies. Cartesian Co supplied some of the worlds largest electrically orientated companies with PCB prototyping equipment and services.For the last 5 years I have been helping MOVUS commercialise it's machine learning based system for automatic fault diagnosis in mechanical machinery. In my role as the head of hardware I helped lead and grow the company from a founding team of 4 to 50+ with operations in several countries.
